Kassim Shroff is the CEO & Co-Founder of Krave Mart. He has 10 years of eCommerce experience in both Canada and Pakistan in various leadership roles including Product, Project Management, Business Development, Operations, Growth, Customer and Seller Experience, Localization, Incubation, Marketing, and startups. Prior to this, Kassim was working at Daraz as Chief Customer Officer – leading the Customer and Seller experience team in Pakistan.
