Ranked in the Top 4% of all Googlers globally, he builds and delivers the strategy that bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI and real-world business challenges. His focus is on empowering Business Leaders to maximize growth.
He began his career at Meta, co-founding the UK’s 1st Venture Capital Fast Growth Program. Later, at Microsoft, he was the youngest Account Executive, leading high-value sales with global Financial Services institutions & FinTechs.
Hashim was also a founding member of a successful UK Health & Fitness App (exited), Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Antler (early stage venture accelerator) and continues to be involved in the ecosystem today across UK, EMEA, Pakistan supporting entrepreneurs and startups. Hashim is also a Podcaster & TedX speaker on ‘Unlocking your inner leader’.
