Kanza Afzal leads Group Strategy and Business Development at the House of Habib. She is responsible for formulating long-term direction, strategic growth, and key investment decisions across the Group’s portfolio. Her expertise includes capital allocation, corporate strategy, finance & planning, portfolio management, and governance. She previously served as General Manager Finance & Planning at Engro Polymer & Chemicals and earlier held various leadership roles at Engro Corporation, supporting the Vice Chairman and Group Chairman on group-wide strategy, investments, restructuring, and governance frameworks. Kanza has served on the board of Inbox Business Technologies and is currently a board member of CFA Society Pakistan. She is a CFA Charterholder, a Certified Director from PICG, and a Finance graduate from the Institute of Business Administration (Karachi).
