Madiha Latif

Jehan

Madiha Latif serves as the Director of Innovation for Pathfinder International. She has vast experience in gender justice issues, intersecting with climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and gender based violence. With over 10 years of experience in the development sector, Madiha has led programs for diversifying growth, played a key role in business development and program management, and has supported organizational and change management processes.

Building from her experience working with grassroots communities, Madiha has contributed to women’s rights legislation, worked with the Sindh Commission on the Status of Women, and collaborated with Women’s Action Forum, Dastageer, and Aurat Foundation in assisting acid survivors to access justice. Starting off her career with Bolo Bhi as a legal researcher, Madiha has a deep understanding of how technology intersects with gender rights, and how issues of digital violations privacy, anonymity and confidentiality are weaponized against women and girls.
