
Misbah Naqvi is Co-Founder and General Partner at i2i Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund, focused on high-growth tech startups addressing big opportunities in Pakistan, and the country’s first female-founded VC fund. i2i Ventures has 14 companies in its portfolio, across fintech, e-commerce, logistics, B2B SaaS and edtech, focused on investing in strong founders with a bold vision.
Misbah has over two decades of global experience in finance, spanning venture investing, corporate finance, entrepreneurship, impact investing, fintech and development in Pakistan and the US.
She is a Certified Director by the Corporate Governance Leadership Skills Program of the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. She is a Board Member at Invest2Innovate, (i2i Ventures sister company and a startup ecosystem support organization), Edkasa (Pvt) Ltd, CreditBook Financial Services, and Oraan Tech Pvt Ltd. She was previously on the board of U Microfinance Bank, a leading microfinance institution in Pakistan.
Misbah is a Trustee on the Board of AAS, a non-profit supporting children and adults suffering from addiction and is on the Board of Advisors for NOWPDP, a leading disability inclusion organization in Pakistan.
Misbah has co-authored the Corporate Governance Toolkit for Startups on behalf of the Venture Capital Association of Pakistan, designed for Pakistani startup founders as they navigate the complexities of governance.
She is a Kauffman Fellow and has an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Karachi.
