Rahim S. Lalani

Rahim founded TEXT in 2011 after identifying the opportunity for institutions to connect with people using messaging and then applying data mining to these conversations to learn more. Through the use of intelligent chat for over a decade, TEXT has transformed leading Corporates across marketing, operations, & customer care, as well as the Government & Public Sector in education, health, security & power. TEXT has been backed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, DFID, and the UK Government.

Rahim started his career at Credit Suisse in London and then became a member of the founding team of The Resource Group (TRG) in Washington DC. After portfolio restructuring and overseeing TRG’s investments he became responsible for TRG’s global technology and built & ran IBEX & Afiniti’s technology platforms.
