Rebecka Zavaleta

Rebecka Zavaleta is the Co-Founder of Paismo, a fintech startup with global ambitions of innovating HR processes. She started her career in Silicon Beach and has led fintech/adtech/AI-based data products globally. Rebecka’s focus on startups has always been through ‘product’ as the long-term investment to hitting hockey-stick growth. She has a background in building early-stage companies and products from the ground up. Rebecka has helped guide startups through growth, acquisitions, rebranding, and pivoting.

She leads SumaWealth as the Interim Head of Product, a US based fintech company aiming to improve the financial wellness of Latino communities. She has been featured in the Time Magazine, values knowledge sharing, and often gives talks with UPenn, Public, NextAdvisor, General Assembly, Lean In chapters such as USC, etc
