With over 8 years of experience in operations and customer care, she has played a key role in designing and optimizing Fortify’s operational processes to enhance efficiency and client experience. Sidra now leads the company’s strategic growth and investor relations, combining hands-on operational expertise with strategic foresight to drive Fortify’s expansion into regional and global markets. Currently, she is pursuing her Executive MBA from IBA Karachi.
