Usama Naeem Nini

Usama Naeem Nini is the Co-founder and Chief Business Officer at Qureos. With a vision for efficient products using data analytics, machine learning, and automation, he co-founded Qureos in 2021 with Alex Epure and Mehrad Yaghmi. Together, they aim to empower individuals in their careers through Iris, an AI Talent Scout that identifies your ideal candidate in just 24 seconds.

Previously, Usama played an instrumental role in Swvl’s expansion in UAE, Jordan, and KSA through his role as assistant general manager and then as an entrepreneur in residence. He has also served as an analyst for strategy, risk, and high yield at the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan and at Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc.
