Zayd Enam is the founder of Enam & Co, backed by OpenAI, a16z, Andy Bechtolsheim and others.
Zayd was recently the CEO and Co-founder of Cresta, the leading solution for real-time intelligence for contact centers. Cresta is backed by a16z, Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, JP Morgan, as well as Zoom, Genesys, and Five9. Prior to founding Cresta, Enam pursued his PhD study at the Stanford AI lab, where his thesis formed the foundation for Cresta. He graduated with high honors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley, where he was a Haas Scholar.
Zayd has been featured on the Forbes Enterprise Technology list and is a winner of the Asia Pacific ICT award. Cresta’s work has been published in the National Bureau of Economic Research and in Bloomberg under “Generative AI Boosts Worker Productivity by 14% in First Real-World Study”. Under his leadership, Cresta was named in the Top 50 AI Companies by Forbes and was recognized as an Intelligent Applications Top 40 Company by Goldman Sachs and Madrona.
